When paying for content it is important that your investments are secure. This means ensuring that briefs are met and contracts completed or your money back.
Throughout the process of working with an influencer, there are a lot of potential points of failure. Here's a breakdown of the process:
- When paying for content, Sway Me Good deducts the Rate Card Price (RCP) from your account balance or payment card (plus VAT).
- If the influencer fails to produce content before any of the deadlines, Sway Me Good manually reviews the situation and either works to rectify the issue or refunds the RCP*.
- When content is submitted, the brand can approve it or provide feedback up to three times. If the content still doesn't meet requirements, Sway Me Good takes it to manual review and either works to rectify the issue or refunds the RCP*.
- Once approved, the influencer is given a deadline to post. If they miss this, Sway Me Good reviews the situation and works to rectify the issue, or refunds the RCP*.
Influencers are required to deliver against the pre-agreed brief or they don’t get paid and the advertiser gets a refund*.
*A £10 fixed processing fee is retained by Sway Me Good when refunds are processed.
