Once you have listed a job, Sway Me Good influencers will be able to apply through our mobile app. They will see the brief, product and brand and have the ability to set their price and submit it for your approval or rejection. By the time an influencer has come onto the screen for you to consider, they have already agreed to and understood the brief.
In the red box in the image above are the filtering and tagging options. Here is a brief explainer of all the variables:
- Followers - Filter by number of followers
- SwayMatch - A percentage-based score that is assigned by our Artificial Intelligence engine that indicates how much of a match there is between brand, job brief and influencer applying. Those who meet all the criteria will have a higher percentage, closer to 100%. Those who don't have a lot of alignment with the brief and criteria will have a lower rate, closer to 0%.
- Engagement - Average engagement rate of posts on the account
- Categories - The categories that each influencer has self-assigned, labelling themselves as creators in that category.
- RCP - Rate Card Price; how much the influencer wants to be paid, inclusive of Sway Me Good fees, exclusive of VAT.
- Keywords - Common words that have been used on the influencers' feeds, meaning they post on these topics. Similar to categories but not self-assigned.
- Value - Sway Me Good assigns a GBP value to every single influencer based on a complex algorithm. We call this an SMGV (or a Sway Me Good Valuation). It tells the influencer what they should be charging and the brand or agency what they should be paying. When an influencer sets their RCP, our system will highlight whether that price is lower, great, good, fair, higher or highest. Bear in mind that Valuations are solely based on performance data and not on the quality of the actual content.
- Assign Tag & View - You can create custom tags so that our platform is easier to use collaboratively. Tag influencers are interesting or shortlisted or for rejection and have your colleagues or even clients, log in and evaluate these tagged creators themselves!
Auto Rejection:
In the image above, you will see red auto-rejection date counters that count down from thirty days. If you do not accept a creator within thirty days of them applying, they are auto-rejected and unable to reapply for the same job again.
Deep Diving:
If you click on the down arrow next to the auto-rejection button on the right of the screen (circled in the image above). You will open up a more detailed view of that creator. In this view, you will see an example of their content in images, their categories, keywords and a written bio. You will also see how many jobs they have done on Sway Me Good before, their rating and how they rank amongst Sway Me Good creators.
If you click on the Instagram logo (or TikTok on a TikTok job), you will open a new tab and redirect to their Instagram profile page so you can deep dive into them (see the button next to the arrow in the image above).
SwayInsights:
To understand how a selection of a few influencers might perform, tick the boxes to select them on the left of the screen and then click on the lightbulb logo (arrowed in the image above) and the SwayInsights winder will pop up.
This window will show you the total followers, average engagement, SwayMatch Avergae and Range and Total RCP of this selection of influencers.
Once you are ready to accept or reject creators, select them and then click Reject All or Accept All and it will either accept or reject the selected influencers you have chosen. If you accept these creators, it will take them to the next stage, Product Shipment.
