One of the most important parts of any marketing campaign is ensuring you will have the ability to report on performance. This is so ROI can be calculated along with other key metrics, and you can improve future campaigns and scale the winning parts of your strategy over time. Sway Me Good has a built-in analytics suite for all of your collaborations through the platform, this is how it works.
At the bottom of your homepage is your summary analytics which snapshot recent performance.
To look at the performance of an individual post from one of your jobs, navigate to the jobs page through the sidebar, select the job that the post was for, and then click on the 'job analytics' tab (arrow in the image below). Select the influencer you want to analyse and maximise with the down arrow (see the circled arrow in the image below). Now you can see how that post has performed (data in the red box in the image below).
For full analytics, either select 'full analytics' from the performance overview on the Homepage or navigate to the 'Analytics' tab on the left sidebar. Here you can filter by job, brand, product, and timeline, and look at the overall performance of all jobs. See the red box in the image below for filter options.
Our analytics focus on certain, specific metrics such as Reach (based on impressions and engagement), Likes, Comments, Avg. Cost per Creator and Estimate Cost Per Mille (CPM); the cost per 1,000 impressions. For any other metrics or custom reports, reach out to your account manager or customer support.
